I don’t know about you, but I used to feel very stressed out whenever my plans for a better lifestyle go in vain. I get motivated, do the planning, and then my hectic schedule has the last word and I just give in.
I hated that because I really felt good and reinvegorated whenever I could find time to meditate, work out, or just have some spare time to do my nails and I really wanted that to be part of my daily routine so I started thinking about what I can do to make that happen. I found inspiration in succesful people.
How to make your one hour lifestyle change?
Wake Up For Success
One common habit among all succesful people is that they are early risers. Now, waking up early or any lifestyle changes can be really daunting, especially if you’re not used to it. I did struggle at the beginning but I kept reminding myself why I’m doing it :
- ” I want more. “
- “I want to be more productive.
- “I want to make the best out of my day.”
The best thing is that it doesn’t take long until your brain get used to your new wake up time or to start seeing a great boost in your personal energy.This post is just a glimpse of what you can achieve if you decide to become an early riser as well and change your lifestyle. I chose to wake up just one hour earlier to enjoy some Me time.
Here is what my morning routine looks like now:
♥ I start my day with a big glass of water and then have my aloe vera gel drink .
♥Wash up and Start my affordable and all natural skin care routine.
♥ Have a Fresh Green Smoothie.
♥ 10 mn for meditation. (Usually guided meditation on gratitude) The more you give thanks, the more you shall receive.
♥ 30 mn workout. I usually work out at home or outdoors. I like to mute the sound of the workout video and play a motivational speech instead while still having my facial mask on ( hehe!) Our Word here is : Multitasking
Finally, I take a shower ( I like to light candles and diffuse some essential oils}
When I don’t work out, I use the 30 mn to indulge in some more Me time activities. Sometimes, I go out to enjoy the sunrise.
Finally, I use the time that I usually wake up to plan my day even more effectively, have healthy breakfast and some quality time with my husband.
