This is such a brilliant article – you must have done so much research and put so much though into this routine! It really is some dedication, I find it incredibly hard to use natural products – although I’m fully aware that it’s just the transition that’s hard the rest is quite simple! I’d love to use aloe vera gel but I think I’m allergic to it? It always leaves me so itchy xx

Hi Tereza! Thank you for your kind words 🙂 Yes, I am fully committed to only delivering useful content to my readers and YES it’s really just the transition that is a bit daunting just as any change but once you start seeing the benefits of natural products you won’t go back 🙂

Great suggestions! I agree that we all want a glowing skin but products sometimes can be very expensive. Recently, i started using The Ordinary products which are very affordable and cruelty free.

I do everything except Icing. I only wash my face with cold water after, but maybe icing might give more “refreshing” on the skin. I would probably try that step since I know icing is great for skin general. Interesting to learn how other people take care of themselves. http://www.clairebearblogs.com

Thank you for the tips, I will d efintely need to try the mask and the ice method as I am always staring in the mirror to see if wrinkles are appearing. Also, I have a lot of freckles, will any of these methods help to lighten them?

Hi Renita! Thanks for your comment. When it comes to freckles or discolorations on face it’s always great to wear sunscreen all the time we’re out. Also, the aloe vera gel is a well known natural treatment to reduce the appearance of the freckles. so yes it can help 🙂

Hi Sophia! Skin icing is great and you can make your own different natural recipes if you want. Cheap and easy to make 🙂

These are really great tips! I use cruelty-free products, but should probably use more simple and natural items in my routine. I’ve never heard of drinking aloe Vera gel before. I’m going to have to look into that.
